- Renter is responsible for paying rent for the entire lease term. No early termination without written consent of landlord
- No subletting without prior written consent of landlord
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No overnight guests allowed for more than 3 days without prior written consent of landlord
- Electricity and Internet costs will be divided equally among renters and billed separately each month
