Rules and Regulations
- Lease term runs from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
- Rent due on the first of each month.
- Security deposit equal to one month’s rent must be paid in advance to secure your place.
- Renter is responsible for paying rent for the entire lease term. No early termination without written consent of landlord.
- No subletting without prior written consent of landlord.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No overnight guests allowed for more than 3 days without prior written consent of landlord.
- Electricity and internet costs will be divided equally among renters and billed separately each month.
