Rules and Regulations
Lease term runs from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Flexible lease arrangements may be available upon special request.
Rent is due on the first of each month.
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent must be paid in advance to secure your place.
Renter is responsible for paying rent for the entire lease term. No early termination without written consent of landlord.
No subletting without prior written consent of landlord.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No overnight guests allowed for more than 3 days without prior written consent of landlord.
Utility costs for electricity, internet and water will be divided equally among renters and billed separately each month and average between $80-$100/month, depending on consumption.
